1. Service Description

FluoPDF provides browser-based PDF tools. Access starts with a 7-day free trial of the basic tools and continues, after the trial, as a paid Pro subscription that unlocks every tool. Most processing runs locally in your browser; some Pro tools (e.g. AI Assistant, OCR, Translation) send document text to a processing provider to produce the result.

2. Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

3. Acceptable Use

  • The service may not be used to process illegal content.
  • Abusing the service (DoS, scraping) is prohibited.
  • You must respect the intellectual property of others.

4. Free Trial, Subscription & Cancellation

  • Free trial. Starting the service requires a valid payment card. You get a 7-day free trial of the basic tools. You are not charged during the trial.
  • Automatic conversion. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your trial automatically converts to a paid Pro subscription at $5/month, which then renews monthly until you cancel. By starting the trial you authorize this recurring charge.
  • Reminder. We email you before your first charge so you always know when billing begins.
  • Cancel anytime. You can cancel in one click from your account Settings or via the manage-subscription link in your Creem email. Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged. After conversion, cancelling stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Refunds. Refund requests can be made within 14 days of a charge by contacting support@fluopdf.com.
  • Pricing & price changes. Billing is handled by Creem as Merchant of Record; any applicable VAT/sales tax is shown at checkout. We may change prices in the future, but existing subscribers keep the price they signed up at unless notified in advance.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We cannot be held liable for data loss or loss of business. Always back up important documents. Files whose FluoLock password is forgotten cannot be recovered.

We may update these terms from time to time; you will be notified of significant changes by email.
