How does the free trial work?▼
For 7 days you can use the basic PDF tools free. A valid card is required to start. We email you 2 days before the trial ends. After the trial it converts to Pro ($5/month) — which unlocks every tool, including FluoLock, AI, OCR and FluoShare — until you cancel.
Will I be charged during the trial?▼
No. You are not charged during the 7-day trial. If you cancel before it ends, you pay nothing.
How do I cancel?▼
Cancel anytime in one click from your account Settings, or via the manage-subscription link in your Creem email. Cancel before day 7 and you're never charged.
I forgot my FluoLock™ password — what can I do?▼
Your password lives only with you and is never sent to a server. If you forget it, the document cannot be accessed.
Who handles billing and tax?▼
Payments are handled by Creem as the Merchant of Record. Any applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated at checkout and your invoice is generated automatically.
